Your new role
As a Premises & Facilities Manager you will become responsible for all aspects of both facilities and energy management relating to your employers property estate, this will include wider management of building maintenance as well as providing value for money within energy efficiency. This varied role will provide opportunity for you to become involved in planned preventative maintenance including wider capital project delivery as well as developing wider FM policies & procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new facilities role, you should have either a HNC or HND in an engineering related discipline and be able to provide expertise in energy management. You'll need to be able to demonstrate experience in management of contractors and projects as well as mechanical or electrical disciplines.
