3 month contract opportunity based in Liverpool for a Clerk of Works working for a housing organisation.
Your new company
Your new company is a social housing provider who are in possession of over 30,000 homes.
Your new role
Your new role as Clerk of Works/Project Surveyor will require you to pick up the site management aspect of Project Surveying. You will oversee planned maintenance works including boiler, kitchen and bathroom, roofing and compliance projects. You will use your ability to read and review tender documents to ensure timely completion within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need a HND/HNC in Building Studies or Surveying or a suitable construction related qualification. You will need experience in a similar role working within a planned maintenance environment in a housing association.

In return, you will receive a competitive rate of pay and a 12 week contract, with view to potentially being extended.
