Planned Works Delivery Manager required to join a busy team based in Plymouth

As a Planned Works Delivery Manager you'll be joining the largest provider of social housing based in Plymouth, an organisation who are passionate about people, taking pride in their workforce to deliver good quality, well managed and well maintained homes.
Your new role
As a Planned Works Delivery Manager, you will responsible for delivering programmes of work and strategies that complement your companies objectives, providing excellent value for money and offering your customers excellent service. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of programme delivery is completed to the highest possible standard, on time, and also to budget.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this busy and responsible role, you will need to be able to offer experience and expertise in dealing with contract administration paperwork as well as managing a budget in excess of 10M. You will bring forward experience in a senior level contract management or quantity surveying role, and be able to procure JCT contracts. You'll also need to have professional membership of either RICS or CIOB.
