Hays have been approached by a top independent property and construction consultancy to help them recruit a Quantity Surveyor into their Kilmarnock office. My client is considered to be a top organisation in the industry in providing cost and project management to the private and public sectors. If you are a Quantity Surveyor working towards your APC and looking for a company that can support you then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. You will be working in a variety of different sectors including, education,health student accommodation, and commercial

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience working in a PQS firm
  • Working towards your APC or are already chartered
  • Mix of sector experience would be desirable
  • confident and motivated individual
