Senior Cost Manager
We are representing a progressive, recently formed Construction consultancy providing Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent functions to a variety of Blue-chip clients.
Formed just over 5 years ago this organisation has enjoyed exponential year on year growth and has come a long way since its inception by 2 Directors in 2013.
They now operate across two regional offices, employ over 30 staff and have provided services for in excess of 25 major blue-chip clients.
They appreciate the importance of their employees and are registered with RICS to develop APC employees in house. This is testament to their ability to provide a genuine platform for greater career progression as this business continues to grow they are looking for their Senior QS/ Project Managers to move in to Associate / Director roles.
Due to their aggressive but strategic and sustained expansion plans they are recruiting for 2 Senior Cost Managers across both of their regional offices.
- You will be managing cost management and contract administration for their blue-chip clients
- Pre-&-Post contract cost management for design and build projects across Industrial, Commercial, and Education sectors
- Management of Junior / Project Cost Managers
