Interim Project Surveyor
As the interim Project Surveyor you wil lead on supervising a number of important planned investment contracts.
Our client are an excellent national provider of care and housing services.
As the interim Project Surveyor you will be responsible for supervising multiple contracts with a total annual value of circa £2-3m and ensuring capital refurbishment projects are completed in the most efficient way in accordance with the organisations performance specifications.
You will have a Building, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background with prior experience of project delivery in a Social Housing environment, as well as experience of contractor management and Project budgetary management experience across multiple projects/contracts.
You will have previous building surveyor experience and be able to undertake stock condition surveys.
You will be self-motivated with a flexible approach, have the ability to learn quickly, adopt best practice and take ownership of issues and drive through to conclusion. You will have knowledge of IT packages/applications to produce programmes reports, specifications and presentations containing complex data and information.
This is a home based role with travel expected across the West Midlands / Stoke / Stafford region.
Salary up to £37,000 depending on experience including (Pro Rate) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 9.75% pension scheme (6% employer, 3.75% employee), optional 25% discounted private health cover, Life Assurance, discounted retail and child care vouchers and the ability to buy and sell annual leave entitlement.
