Your new company
Hays is working with a private client who require an Estates Officer to join their team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Facilities Manager your new role will be providing a first class space & project planning service as part of the on-site estates team who are responsible for the running of the RoS estate. You will be responsible for project management and supervising all work carried out by the external contractors (e.g. furniture suppliers).

What you'll need to succeed
You will have knowledge of using Autocad for space planning and experience working as part of an estates team / FM team.
