Assistant Project Manager (Construction)
Your new role
Carry out prioritised tasks including project monitoring, organising and liaising with contractors for all planned and reactive maintenance works. Including specification writing, contract administration, drawings. You will work closely with CDM and JCT consultants.
What you'll need to succeed
You ideally would have had experience with commercial assets, however experience within residential contract administration will also be considered. Any experience within health care industry is also desired. Health & Safety experience and qualifications are also desirable. AutoCAD experience is desirable.
