Salary from £26k - £35k + Full Benefits Package + APC Support

I am working on a BRAND NEW Building Surveyor vacancy in North London for a independent growing Building Consultancy who specialise within Building Consultancy services with a focus on Party Wall Matters too. My client is looking for an APC level Building Surveyor to join their established team.

My client have an exciting opportunity for an APC level Building Surveyor to join their team who have a vast amount of industry experience and offer's weekly 1-1's for full APC support.

Whilst working to complete your APC program to an MRICS status, you will undertake professional and project work. A large part of this role as Building Surveyor will see you working within Party Wall Matters, and all round Building Surveying duties.

To be considered for this APC level Building Surveyor opportunity, we are looking for the following:

  • Party wall experience
  • RICS accredited degree
  • 2-3 years Consultancy experience
