An established consultancy based in Brighton is seeking a bright and intelligent Quantity Surveyor to join their ambitious practice which continues to expand.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will learn from a highly respected Quantity Surveyor and shall be given the autonomy, trust, and responsibility to undertake pre and post contract roles for the practices established client base.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
Working as part of a diverse team, the successful Quantity Surveyor will receive a healthy work-life balance.
Initially, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall work alongside the Director, learning the ways of the practice and being introduced to projects and clients.
The Quantity Surveyor will then take over several projects, being responsible for Budget Estimates, Cost plans, Contract Administration, Post Contract, and Project Management.
As a small consultancy, the successful Quantity Surveyor will have an opportunity to be involved in business development and help push the practice forward.
The Quantity Surveyor
The practice ideally wants a project focused Quantity Surveyor who is chartered, or seeking to achieve MRICS. You will have previous, private practice/ PQS experience and have excellent communication skills.
- £40,000 to £50,000
