An independent construction Consultancy based a short train ride from London Bridge has an increasing workload and thus are looking to take on a client facing Quantity Surveyor.
Working on a range of high end residential and luxurious hotels across London and Europe, the successful Quantity Surveyors will join a multi disciplinary team who provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying roles.
The Quantity Surveyor will also benefit from hands on APC support, working alongside one of the practices experienced Quantity Surveyors.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running projects from initial inception through to settling the accounts. You will report to a Partner, but for the majority of the time, the Quantity Surveyor will work autonomously on pre and post contract roles.
The Quantity Surveyor
The Quantity Surveyor will have UK Consultancy experience and have a RICS accredited degree with the ambition and mindset to become a chartered Quantity Surveyor as you take on more work and successful progress.
Experience of CATO and working on Residential, or Hotel projects would be an advantage; but not overly necessary.
