An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Land Manager/Land Director to manage the Land team and support the divisions strategic land objectives by achieving and maintaining a high quality land bank.

Your new role
You will be responsible for Land Identification, Land Appraisal & Land Acquisition, acquiring development sites across the division in order for land targets to be met, you will work closely alongside the planning team to ensure maximum potential is achieved from all land purchases to the business.
To enhance the streamline operation of the Land department you will directly line manage a Land Negotiator, Land Assistant/Graduate Trainee. You will also have crucial involvement in keeping the management team up to date with potential and existing land acquisitions ensuring all opportunities are discussed and considered with an appropriate timescale.
As part of your role you will be required to build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally such as colleagues, Local Authorities, local agents, land owners and other developments and consultants.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a similar role is essential, ideally at a Land Management level & will need to have had experience of managing a team in a Land Management setting.
