An opportunity to work for a local council as a temporary Client Asset Management Officer

Your new company
You will be working for a local borough council as a temporary role for 4-6 months

Your new role
As a Client Asset Management Officer your role will consist of ensuring efficient delivery of high performing services to the Council's tenants, leaseholders and other customer groups through effective monitoring of the Management Agreement to the Boroughs Homes. You will work with the Client Services Manager to ensure the best use of the Council's housing stock and land, and to act as the Council's Technical lead in relation to Maintenance, Asset and Contract Management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need proven experience in a procuring and managing complex contractual and partnership relationships in a local authority or housing association. Experience on housing maintenance, asset management policy initiatives, managing contracts and Project management is essential. A degree in either Building Surveying or a suitability related subject is expected as well as a professional membership to either the CIOB or RICS. You will need experience of Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint).

You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £20-25.82 (negotiable) as well as flexible working hours, parking facilities and a annual leave entitlement for the permanent equivalent of 23 days plus bank holidays.
