Your new role
You will support and manage senior colleagues in the delivery of a broad range of project work and professional services. Managing accounts is also key, where you will help develop excellent relationships with internal and external Real Estate clients. Technically, you will prepare general reports and recommendation to clients including but not limited to: Due diligence; feasibility studies; condition and / or maintenance reports. You will also assist in Party Wall matters and Schedules of Dilapidations.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in Building Surveying and be a full member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). You will have had experience client facing and an ability to gain repeat and new business. You will good experience with both project work and professional services, and hold a clean driving licence.
What you'll get in return
